PROCESSING TIME
Orders are handmade and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days.
We work Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (Kyiv time).

ORIGIN
All products are handmade in Ukraine.

SHIPPING TIME
Standard delivery to the U.S., UK and EU usually takes 7–21 business days.
Delays may occur due to customs or carrier schedules.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
